Frequently Asked Questions
Many answers can be found instantly and without the need to pick up a phone.
A quick wipe of the exterior with a damp, lint free cloth is all that is needed to keep the outside clean. Try to avoid touching the dispensing nozzle with your fingers and avoid using alcohol-based or abrasive cleaning products. You can also hand wash the reservoir with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
We recommend that you annually replace the filter, regardless of how often you use your Waterlogic POU dispenser.
If there is ever a problem or issue with your POU water dispenser, we aim to repair or replace your system as soon as possible.
Waterlogic dispensers include carbon multi-filtration or reverse osmosis systems, UV purification and BioCote® anti-microbial protection. Carbon filtration works to remove chlorine and waterborne bad tastes and odors. UV Purification is positioned at the point of dispense and destroys 99.9999% bacteria, including E.Coli, Salmonella and Hepatitis. All Waterlogic dispensers are BioCote® protected on the outside and the inside, which protects against surface germs and last but not least, Reverse Osmosis works to provide a higher level of filtration and removes particles such as acid, salts, nitrates, pesticides and arsenic, to name a few.
If you have access to a main water supply, we can install a water dispenser. We offer a wide range to all businesses and our water experts can advise the best options for your needs.
We advise that installations must be carried out by a qualified service technician. Failure to do so could result in future complications and it is important that you are quickly connected to an endless supply of fresh drinking water.
If the bottleless water cooler is disturbed in any way, it will automatically turn off the water and display the message "tank overfill." To reset, simply unplug and plug it back in.
Allow the system 10 minutes to process and refill the reserve tank.
If the service light comes on, it means your cooler needs a service soon. This does not mean your water is no longer safe to drink, but you can contact us for a service request.
First, make sure you are pressing both red buttons at the same time. Then, check the switch on the back left side of the machine to make sure it is in the "on" position. Allow the system 20 minutes to fill. The hot tank needs the main tank to be at least half full before it can produce hot water.
